Mixing live and DJ musicianship is no easy feat, but Minneapolis-based BadNraD is committed to crafting this exciting fusion in his performances. Accompanying his beats with guitar, synthesizer riffs and vocals, BadNraD continues to push sonic boundaries at every turn. His newest EP Deep End only furthers this craft, as the seven-track release is a treat for listeners everywhere. The release is due out on August 12th, via Last Triumph Records.

BadNraD’s style comes through in the brand new track, “Atomic Teenage Trash,” from the new Deep End album. The whirlwind track is an exciting jam, building on this live/DJ fusion sound with airy synthesizers that build into a full on dance party. BadNraD has become a fixture of the Minneapolis electronic scene. A regular on The Current and KFAI, BadNraD has opened for local musical luminaries such as EOTO, Woody McBride and Darksiderz. His new album Deep End will be officially released at First Avenue’s “BEAT the HEAT” event next Friday, August 12th, with BadNraD taking over the main stage at 11:30 PM.
