The start of Summer Camp Music Festival can only mean one thing: summer festival season is upon us. Running from May 26th through the 29th with dozens of artists, Summer Camp is a truly beloved annual tradition for jam fans everywhere. Its central location in Chillicothe, IL makes it accessible to many, and its solidifed status over Memorial Day weekend only accentuates the festival’s appeal. Couple that with multiple sets from co-owners moe. and Umphrey’s McGee, and you have the makings of a glorious musical celebration.
The first day of festivities kicked off with a number of great performances, including sets from Greensky Bluegrass, Future Rock, FlightWave, Aqueous, Chicago Funk Mafia, John Brown’s Body, Jaden Carlson Band, The Werks, Lettuce and more!
