Giorgio Moroder, the pioneer producer that essentially created disco and electronic new wave dance music, has announced his first full album in 30 years. 74 Is The New 24 will be released next Spring, and will feature a bevy of guest collaborators, including Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue.

The album marks the full revival of Moroder’s career, who moved back into the limelight with a number of appearances in 2014, including an opening spot for The Disco Biscuits two months ago at their “City Bisco” event in Philadelphia. Moroder is back and better than ever, saying the following about dance music:

“Dance music doesn’t care where you live. It doesn’t care who your friends are. It doesn’t care how much money you make. It doesn’t care if your [sic] 74 or if you are 24 because … 74 is the new 24!”

The new album will also see tracks featuring Sia, Charli XCX, Mikky Eko, and Foxxes, among others.
