Colorado musical prodigy Jaden Carlson made some huge steps forward in 2016. She spent her year delivering a number of high profile guest appearances with musical acts like Umphrey’s McGee, The Revivalists, Twiddle, The Main Squeeze and The Nth Power. When Jaden isn’t a guest-extraordinaire on the touring circuit, she’s playing awesome shows with her tight and funky band based out of Boulder, CO. Carlson has quite the following in Boulder, and recently played a headlining show at the famous Fox Theatre that turned a lot of heads and continued to build on her buzz as one of the best rising stars of the live music scene.

Luckily, Kontagium Productions was on hand to record this awesome performance at The Fox. Below, you’ll find a full, pro-shot recording of the show, which took place on November 30th, 2016. The show featured a mix of original material, some fun covers by Curtis Mayfield, Gnarls Barkley, and James Brown, and a few special guests as well. The ten-song set was filled with Carlson’s catchy mix of rock, funk, and jazz, and Carlson’s musical prowess was on full display throughout
