Just a couple weeks ago, moe. was rolling through the Midwest as part of their fall tour, and stopped at the Moonlite Gardens in Cincinnati, OH, treating fans to their potent brand of jams. It was there that moe. would welcome Earphorik on as openers, going so far as to collaborate during both bands’ sets during the performance. It was a moment that Earphorik’s guitarist, Chris Treesh, won’t soon forget.

“When the offer to sit in with Moe.was presented to me by our manager Pat Davidson, I was absolutely blown away and thankful,” says Treesh. “Moe. has always been one of my most respected bands, they are the pioneers of progressive jam music. Moe.’s no barriers song writing style has paved the road for so many great bands and has had great influence on my playing and writing. I was very humbled by how down to earth these guys were which made playing with them an extremely pleasant experience.”

The fun started during Earphorik’s set, when Chuck Garvey and Jim Loughlin sat in for a rocking version of “The Mahn.” Check out the jam below!

Later on, to close out their first set, Treesh got a chance to join moe. in a rocking rendition of The Rolling Stones’ classic, “Can’t You Hear Me Knockin.” Check out the brand new video below!

Earphorik and moe. are both touring regularly, with Earphorik out on the road now as part of an extensive fall tour. Catch more info about them on their Facebook page. Meanwhile, moe. has an exciting two-night Halloween run coming up from October 28-29 at The Fillmore Philadelphia, with a Quentin Tarantino theme sure to lead to some great performance.
