Update: moe. announced they will be headlining Catskill Chill at this year’s Mountain Jam!

Catskill Chill Music Festival has announced their 2015 lineup! The festival, held in Hancock, NY from September 18-20, will celebrate its final year at the beloved Camp Minglewood site with top tier performances from moe., Lotus, Zappa Plays Zappa, Lettuce, Electron, The Motet, Dopapod, Kung Fu, Twiddle, Break Science, Turkuaz, The Werks, Break Science, Particle & Fam, and George Porter Jr. & The Runnin’ Pardners. One final headliner will be announced on June 8th!

Fans of the annual music festival in Hancock, NY were surprised to find out, last December, that this will be the last-ever Catskill Chill at the beloved Camp Minglewood site. The “Farewell to Minglewood” festival has plenty of celebrations in store.

We’re particularly proud to announce that the Stratosphere Allstars, comprised of Mike Greenfield (Lotus), Steve Molitz (Particle), Marcus Rezak (Digital Tape Machine), and Dave Murphy (STS9/Broken Arrows) will make their second-ever appearance at this year’s Catskill Chill. Coming off of a highly successful debut performance at the Brooklyn Bowl in March produced by Live For Live Music, these guys know how to keep it tight and get down. Check out their version of “Shakedown Street” from the Brooklyn performance.

Of course, no Catskill Chill would be complete without “tribute” sets. This year is no exception, as Twiddle will be performing a Dead set, Dopapod and Turkuaz are teaming up for “Dopakuaz Plays Studio 54,” the Chillfam All-Stars will perform a tribute to Herbie Hancock, and Shwizz and FiKus will join forces for ShwiKus Plays the 80’s.

Particle will also be closing out the weekend. As the only band to perform at every Chill since its beginning, the livetronica group is expecting some major guests to say goodbye to Camp Minglewood in style.
