***Update*** Anonymous denies information in tweet.

Threats from ISIS continue eight days after the horrific events that took place in Paris. Of the 130 murdered and 300 injured innocent people, 89 of those lives were devastatingly lost at an Eagles of Death Metal concert at the Bataclan. According to Anonymous, the international network of online hacktivists, more attacks are planned to happen today, Sunday, November 22 on “Paris and the world.”

In recovering documents that plan for a series of multiple more attacks, among the targets include a Five Finger Death Punch concert in Milan, Italy, and an EDM concert at the Concrete in Paris with Adam Beyer and Alan Fitzpatrick. As of now, the Five Finger Death Punch show has been cancelled. No word on whether the Paris concert will still take place, but after last week’s events, we trust that security is at an all-time high.

Anonymous has formed a subgroup called Operation Paris (OpParis) and has officially declared war against ISIS. According to Anonymous: “We only appeared now because our goal was to remain undercover and report everything to the right authorities and let them take all the action. But when authorities do not take action, Anonymous does. This part of the op started last Monday and has [been] and will be active 24 hours a day as long as the op is going on.”

The hacktivists have already uncovered tens of thousands of Twitter accounts associated with the militant group, along with several websites they have removed from the Internet. In response to Anonymous’ threats, the Islamic State group has warned them of retaliation.

It goes without saying that the world should keep a watchful eye and that we should all practice peace in every step of our lives.
