While it took Beck six years to release his last LP, Morning Phase, the acclaimed recording artist won’t make us wait nearly that long for his follow-up offering. According to a biography page for the Norwegian Oya Festival, Beck is “currently working on a new album which will be out before the summer.”
Other reports indicate that the new album was recorded with Pharrell Williams on hand, and will be “a lot more up, and energetic, and melodic” than Morning Phase. We’ll be sure to update once an official release date is given.
