Black Keys’ Dan Auerbach Shares First Live Footage Of New Grateful Dead-Inspired Project

Black Keys singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach recently announced his involvement with a new project. Called The Arcs, the new solo outfit will release their debut album Yours, Dreamily on September 4th. Today, Auerbach and company have shared live band footage of a performance from the leading single, “Stay In My Corner”.

Back in April, Auerbach said about the band, “I just wanted to do my thing and get extra weird….I wanted everything to flow [and] be cohesive. A lot of the songs bleed one into the other, a lot like the Grateful Dead – my favorite records that they did. So I’ve got a lot of connected songs. It’s basically everything I love about music all wrapped up into one record – that’s all!”
