Bob Weir To Play Acoustic Set At The Country Music Hall Of Fame In Nashville

Beloved Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir has been making the rounds in support of his new “Cowboy album” Blue Mountain, and this week he’ll stop at the Americana Music Festival and Conference in Nashville, TN. Taking place on Thursday, September 22nd, Weir will appear at the Country Music Hall of Fame for an acoustic performance with Blue Mountain‘s producer Josh Kaufman, as well as a question and answer session with Buddy Miller.

This is sure to be an interesting interview, as Blue Mountain is a very personal album to Weir, made up of songs from his childhood and stories from his time as a fifteen-year-old runaway living as a cowboy on a ranch. For those who can’t make it to Nashville, the concert and Q&A will be live streamed for free.
