Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir has a lot on his plate right now. Having just wrapped up a tour behind his latest solo album, Blue Mountain, Weir is in high demand, and made his way over to “CBS This Morning” for an interview about all of his ongoing projects.

Naturally, after a discussion of Weir’s cowboy roots, the interview turns to the big touring act of summer 2016: Dead & Company. When asked if the band is planning to reform in the future, Bobby confirms that they are.

“That’s the plan,” he says, before realizing he wasn’t supposed to talk about it. He ends the conversation by saying, “we’re trying to stay open for that.” Watch the interview below.
