Chatham Vineyard Announces ‘Dead On The Vine’ Event With Grateful Dead Music

Next Saturday, August 8th, Chatham Vineyards in Machipongo, VA will host their 7th annual Dead On The Vine event. Pairing music from the Grateful Dead with fresh wine and produce from the vineyards, the event continues to be a smashing success year after year.

In an interview with local publication DelmarvaNow, owner John Wehner says “They love it… It’s an evening outside with good food, music and people and it’s very communal in that aspect. I get comments from people saying this is really good music.”

Last Fair Deal will be performing, a noted Grateful Dead tribute band in the region. With all locally-grown food and drink, Dead On The Vine has the making of a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
