With each passing day, it seems that more and more shows are being added to the ever-growing list of pre-and-post-parties surrounding Phish‘s Bakers Dozen run at Madison Square Garden. There is a seemingly endless number of incredible performances scheduled to hit New York between July 21st and August 6th, with nationally touring acts like Twiddle, The Motet, Dopapod, Turkuaz, Spafford, and The Werks already set to hit stages across the city.

Circles Around The Sun Mesmerizes Boulder Theatre For Dead & Co Late Night

Recently, we announced that Circles Around The Sun, the Grateful Dead-inspired psychedelic groove-rock band fronted by Neal Casal, would be hitting the Gramercy Theatre for a rare late-night performance on Saturday, July 22nd. With their critically-acclaimed record Interludes for the Dead, debut performance at last year’s LOCK’N Festival, and subsequent sold-out shows across the country, it should come as no surprise that the demand for this show has been tremendous. As a result, the band has decided to add one more show to the mix, with a second performance during the first weekend of the Baker’s Dozen run to help satisfy the large volume of fans who want to witness Circles Around The Sun’s trippy improvisations live and in the flesh. Circles will now also perform an all-ages, matinee performance at Brooklyn Bowl on Sunday, July 23rd.

Tickets for this show will go on-sale on Friday at 10:00 a.m. (EST). A pre-sale is set to begin on Tuesday, June 13th, at noon (EST) with presale code “liveforlivemusic”.
