Phish fans are everywhere.

The latest Phish reference to pop up in the mainstream is a fun one, as a recent Cricket Wireless commercial makes a blatant reference to the beloved jam band. Phish fans will recognize the train’s destination says “Gamehendge,” the fictional setting of Trey Anastasio’s Man Who Stepped Into Yesterday, which has become a central point of Phish lore. The train number is also “555”, the name of a new Phish song. 

Songs like “Wilson,” “The Lizards” and more all reference the fictional land, and so does the commercial, albeit subtly. Look at where the train is headed…
