Chicago funktronica outfit Digital Tape Machine are hitting the road this winter with a slew of new songs and highly anticipated collaborations. They’ll be making a stop at B.B. King’s on January 16th to keep the party going after Umphrey’s McGee at the Beacon Theater for an official afterparty. Whether you’ll be kicking off your Umphrey’s NYC run or just want to get your groove on, this is not a show to miss. Purchase Tickets HERE!

Digital Tape Machine is a progressive electronic dance act that incorporates live music, making it the perfect post-Umphrey’s late-night. The group features Joe Hettinga, Bryan Doherty, Marcus Rezak, and Neal Wehman. These guys know how to show you a good time, and their musicianship is on point. It is well known that Joel Cummins and Kris Myers of Umphrey’s McGee are good friends and have played with the band in the past. While nothing is confirmed, and we aren’t saying that they will even be there….but you never know what might happen during a Friday late-night party in New York City.

The show will be one of the band’s first back on the East Coast since their raging late-night set at Gathering of the Vibes that still has people talking. We’re psyched to hear what new tracks they’ve got up their sleeve.
