Donna Godchaux Talks Dead Reunion: ‘You Never Know What’s Going To Happen’

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Donna Jean Godchaux talks about her long career (in and out of the Grateful Dead), and discusses the band’s upcoming 50th anniversary reunion shows.

The article mainly shines a truthful light on Donna’s hot-and-cold career with the Dead. She talks about singing off-key on occasion, saying, “Everything was so loud onstage. And not to mention being inebriated. I can’t defend myself very much, but I can’t blame it all on that.”
