Rockin’ guitarist Gary Clark Jr. hit up the Glastonbury Festival last weekend, bringing his blues-drenched style to the premier British music event. Clark Jr. is touring off the wildly successful The Story Of Sonny Boy Slim album, which saw the modern-day blues legend work in hip hop and R&B influences throughout the powerful LP.

Thanks to BBC Music, we have a glimpse into Clark Jr.’s great festival set. The axe-man fired high with an excellent rendition of “Bright Lights” from last Sunday, June 26th, playing the hit title track from his 2011 EP with a passion.
