Gregg Allman Announces Residency at Intimate NYC Venue

Former Allman Brothers leader Gregg Allman has announced his return to New York, as the multi-instrumentalist will hit City Winery NYC for an extended run of shows. For five nights, November 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6, Allman and his new solo outfit will bring their bluesy blend to the intimate NYC venue.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale on September 17th, with a special VinoFile pre-sale beginning on the 8th. Allman has offered nothing but praise and excitement for his new band, but we’re still going to cross our fingers in hope for a Dickey Betts reunion. As Allman recently said about getting together with Betts, “I think you can probably count on it, bro.”
