In the midst of wrapping up their Winter Tour, classic singing/songwriting duo Hall & Oates have enlisted the services of (fictional) soft rock band Blue Jean Committee (Fred Armisen aka Gene Allen & Bill Hader aka Clark Honus) to help make their summer tour announcement in a hilarious new video. Though Daryl Hall and John Oates may only be the “fifth, or maybe eighth” band you think of when it comes to 1970s harmonic duos, according to Clark Honus, they’ve still managed to put together quite an impressive summer tour that will traverse much of the country beginning May 13 in Dallas.

In addition, Hall & Oates will be joined out on the road this summer by Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings as well as Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue. Stops include their hometown of Philadelphia, PA on July 10 at the BB&T Pavilion, Red Rocks Amphitheatre on September 12 and a tour closer slated for September 23 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
