Teaming up with the group that organized Dear Jerry, Live Nation has announced the inaugural American Roots Festival in Raleigh, NC. Taking place from October 17-18, the lineup offers an array of talented musicians in the folk/bluegrass/jam scenes.

Headlining the festival will be Eric Church, who is playing both nights. Modest Mouse, Sheryl Crow, The Roots, Willie Nelson, Warren Haynes, Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros, Grace Potter, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Chris Stapleton, Railroad Earth, Leftover Salmon, and Greensky Bluegrass are all slated to perform. 

Pre-sale tickets for artist fan club and Citi card holders will begin on August 6th at 10 AM Eastern, running through August 9th at 10 AM. General on sale begins next Monday, August 11th, at 10 AM Eastern. Ticket information is available here.
