There is really no experience quite like Jam Cruise. The annual cruise is a delightful blend of everything right about the live music scene, self-contained on a glorious voyage throughout the open seas. After revealing that Jam Cruise 15 would be held on a new boat, the Norwegian Pearl, from January 20-25, today the festival has revealed their 2017 lineup.

Jam Cruise 15 will see headlining performances from The Original Meters, moe., GRiZ and Galactic. The lineup beyond that continues with Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe and a rare set from the beloved Benevento Russo Duo. More great performers: Lettuce, Kamasi Washington, The Revivalists, The Motet, Beats Antique (Live), Break Science, JoJo’s Mardi Gras Band, The Soul Rebels, Dopapod, Vulfpeck, Turkuaz, Percy Hill, Frequinox, The Suffers, Lebo & Friends (ft. Robert Walter, Jay Lane, Garrett Sayers, Lesley Grant & The Combustible Horns), Neville Jacobs, Reed Mathis Presents Electric Beethoven (ft. Jay Lane, Todd Stoops, Clay Welch), Brothers Comatose, Earphunk, Magic Gravy, Love Canon, BIG Something, Nikki Glaspie Super Jam, Everyone Orchestra, Nathan Moore, Manic Focus, and DJ Soul Sister.

As always, the cruise features a bevy of treasured special guest artists-at-large, and this year’s lineup is no exception. Steve Kimock, Cyril Neville, Steve Berlin, Mike Dillon, Col. Bruce Hampton, Skerik, Katelyn & Laurie Shook (of the Shook Twins), and Roosevelt Collier will all be on hand to lend their talents wherever needed.

The ship sails from January 20th through 25th, 2017, leaving from Miami, FL and traveling to Ocho Rios, Jamaica and Grand Cayman Island. The full lineup can be seen below, and all additional information, including tickets, cabins and more, can be found on the Jam Cruise website.
