With the New York Primary scheduled for April 19th, a number of great musicians are teaming up to raise awareness for presidential candidate Bernie Sanders just one day before. On April 18th at The Hall at MP, in Brooklyn, NY, the “Get Out and Vote For Bernie” benefit concert will be led by the group Kung Fu, with special guest support from an all-star cast, including Phish’s Jon Fishman, Dead & Company’s Oteil Burbridge and Trey Anastasio Band’s Natalie Cressman.

Fishman has been an outspoken advocate for Bernie Sanders since day one, even joining Twitter just to campaign for the presidential hopeful. With Kung Fu at the helm, and special guest sit-ins from Burbridge and Cressman, and more special guests to be announced, this has the makings of a very special evening.

As Bernie Sanders’ 2016 campaign is “people-powered,” any and all donations to the campaign can go a long way. Donation stations will be set up at the event, and you can also contribute prior to the event here.

To RSVP for “Get Out and Vote For Bernie,” you can head here. Admission to the event is free with RSVP, but the suggested donation of $27 matches the average contribution from every individual.
