Fans who’d come to see Kid Cudi at Chicago’s North Coast Music Festival got a frightening experience: he collapsed in front of the crowd. The acclaimed rapper was midway through his hit “The Pursuit of Happiness” when he came down into the photo pit to interact with the cowd. After running back and forth to give high-fives and sign albums, he smiled wide, then dropped to the ground. Security immediately took him into care and nursed him back to health.
Afterwards, Kid Cudi tweeted the following:
