Here it is, the Catskill Chill daily lineup, where you can find out what time your favorite bands are playing, and what stage they will be playing at. Then, you can begin the next part of the process, tearing your hair out of your head when you come to that realization that happens upon looking at any festival schedule….the ever-so-dreadful Scheduling Conflicts (Oh, the horror!).

For example, the decision to miss the last 30 minutes of Twiddle‘s Dead set at Club Chill in favor of being at the Main Stage for funk powerhouse Lettuce may seem daunting to the passionate music fan. Oh, and wait a minute, Marco Benevento is playing during the first half of Twiddle’s Dead set? #GoldPlateProblems!

Stressing out over scheduling conflicts is the last thing you want to be doing at a festival. As your camp counselors, the L4LM team has created the perfect schedule to catch the most amount of the best music at the Catskill Chill.

Friday

1:00 -> 2:00PM – Mun (Acoustic) – Acoustic Junction
3:00 -> 4:25PM – The Main Squeeze – B Stage
4:45 -> 6:25PM – Nakho and Medicine For The People – Main Stage
6:30 -> 7:55PM – Eric Krasno Band – B Stage
8:00 -> 10:00PM – Karl Densons Tiny Universe – Main Stage
10:00 -> 10:30PM – Marco Benevento (Trio) – B Stage
10:30 -> 11:15PM – Twiddle (Dead Set) – Club Chill
11:15 -> 1:00AM –  Lettuce – Main Stage*
1:00AM -> 1:45AM – Pigeons Playing Ping Pong – Club Chill
1:45AM -> 2:30AM – Orchard Lounge – B Stage
2:30AM -> 4:00AM – Shpongle (DJ Set) – Main Stage
4:00AM -> 5:00AM – Alan Evans’ Playonbrother (Cream Tribute) – Club Chill

On Friday, unpack and start your day with a MUN acoustic set before putting on your dancing shoes for a funky set of The Main Squeeze. Then, after seeing what all the hype for Nakho and Medicine For The People has been about, play air guitar to the musical stylings of Soulive guitarist Eric Krasno and his band, while secretely watch him make his “oh” so famous facial expressions. It’s about time to hear some familiar tunes so split up sing-a-long time between Marco Benevento on keys and Twiddle playing some Grateful Dead classics. You’ll be served Friday night’s main course with funk supergroup Lettuce. Organizers left enough time to catch a good chunk of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong if you’re willing to leave the main stage few minutes early, even if it is Lettuce. Now things will start to get weird, and while some patrons make their way to bed, us night-owls will take out the glowsticks, turn on the LED hula hoops, and make our way to Orchard Lounge before embarking on the spiritual journey that takes place during a Simon Posford (Shpongle) DJ Set. After an electronic mind-fuck of epic proportions, the familiar sounds of Soulive’s Alan Evans playing a tribute to Cream may be soothing enough to get to bed.

Saturday

12:30PM -> 1:30PM – The Jauntee – Club Chill
1:45 -> 3:15PM – Twiddle – Main Stage
3:30 -> 4:30PM – lespecial – Club Chill
4:30 -> 6:25PM – Dopapod – Main Stage
6:30 -> 7:30PM – The Breakfast – B Stage
7:30 -> 8:00PM – Tauk – Club Chill
8:00 -> 8:30PM – Yonder Mountain String Band – Main Stage
8:30 -> 10:00PM – Cosby Sweater – Club Chill
10:00 -> 11:15PM – Break Science – B Stage

1:15 -> 2:45AM – The Nth Power – B Stage*
2:45 -> 3:45AM – Papadosio – Main Stage
3:45 -> 5:00AM – Pink Talking Fish – Club Chill

On Saturday, an early set from The Jauntee kicks things off at Club Chill, before Twiddle takes the Main Stage. Lespecial provides a hard hitting high-energy distraction for those feeling more adventurous than an afternoon Cabinet bluegrass set. Dopapod gets the late afternoon going, which will lead into sets from The Breakfast at the B Stage and what is sure to be a monster performance from Tauk. Soon after, we’ll catch a bit of Yonder Mountain String Band headlining with Allie Kral, which will get the Saturday night festivities going before the lack of daylight calls for something a bit more hard-hitting like Cosby Sweater. We’ll don our flatbrims and head over to Break Science to catch some sick Deitch beats over Borahm melodies, before running over to the much anticipated the New Deal set from 11:15-1:15. We’ll catch our breath, laugh, cry, and dance to The Nth Power, before getting down to livetronica act Papadosio. Finish up the night with the familiar jams of Pink Talking Fish, playing the music of Pink Floyd, Phish, and the Talking Heads and led by Eric Gould of Particle.

Sunday

12:30PM -> 1:55PM – Turkuaz – Main Stage
2:30PM -> 3:30PM – Magner & Hamilton: Acoustic Again – Acoustic Junction
3:30 -> 4:40PM – Particle – Main Stage
4:45 -> 5:55PM – American Babies – B Stage
6:00 -> 7:00PM – Kung Fu – Main Stage
7:00 -> 8:30PM – ShwiKus Plays P-Funk – Club Chill
8:30 -> 8:55PM – Consider The Source – B Stage
9:00 – 10:00PM – Turkuaz (Sly and The Family Stone Set) – Club Chill
10:00 -> 11:00PM – Electron – Main Stage
11:05 -> 12:25AM – The Heavy Pets – B Stage
12:30 -> 2:30AM – The New Mastersounds – Main Stage

On Sunday, we’ll get the energetic funk going with Turkuaz right after the crack of noon at the Main Stage. Shortly after, we venture over to the Junction to catch a very rare Acoustic Again project ft. Aron Magner (The Disco Biscuits) and Tom Hamilton (American Babies/Brothers Past) who’ll play covers from various artists, including some of their own songs. Sunday picks up steam as we head over to an early afternoon set with Particle, followed by American Babies and Kung Fu. Then ShwiKus (Shwizz/FiKus) will bring back funk classics with powerful Parliament Funkadelic covers. At the B-Stage Consider the Source will quickly inject us with a dose of sci-fi metal (whatever that is) before grooving out to some more funk covers with Turkuaz playing Sly and the Family Stone.  Don’t miss livetronica supergroup Electron ft. Marc Brownstein, Aron Magner, Tom Hamilton, and Mike Greenfield (Lotus) do their take on the Disco Biscuits repertoire (and maybe throw in a Pink Floyd cover or two) at the Main Stage. Put a happy ending on the weekend with sets from The Heavy Pets and from British jazz/soul/funk quartet The New Mastersounds.

That sounds like a solid weekend, doesn’t it?

Get your tickets now, as there aren’t many tickets left for this incredible weekend of music, friends, and Chill Fam. The Catskill Chill takes place September 5th-7th at Camp Minglewood in Hancock, NY.
