Lady Gaga To Close NYC's Roseland Ballroom

It was announced last month that Roseland Ballroom in New York City will be closing in April of 2014. The storied venue, which opened in 1919 as a dance club, has hosted some of the most famous acts in the world, such as Radiohead, Madonna, Nirvana, the Rolling Stones, Rage Against the Machine, Metallica, Bjork, etc . Its final shows will be no different, as Roseland will host one of the world's most famous acts in Lady Gaga, also a native New Yorker.

Lady Gaga, who can sell out multiple nights at Madison Square Garden, will be scaling it down for an intimate run of 4 shows at the 3,500 capacity space. The shows will take place March 28, 30, 31, and April 2nd. Tickets will first be offered to members of the Gaga community at LittleMonsters.com, where randomly selected members will receive invitations and codes to purchase tickets on Thursday, Nov. 21st.

There will then be a presale for Citi credit card holders on Nov. 22nd at 10am, through Citi's Private Pass Program. General on sale to the public will begin on Monday, Nov. 25th at 10am, via Ticketmaster.
