Led Zeppelin Posts Cryptic Facebook Messages

By Justin Charles

Did Led Zeppelin just announce a new album? That's what Reddit user 'logandroid' asked today in reference to two cryptic messages posted on the band's official Facebook page. After six months of inactivity, the band posted a new message, "Hello." Then, today, an image with the word 'FIVE' was posted on the same page, sparking speculation that the band was starting work on a new album. Led Zeppelin's first four albums were of course entitled I, II, III, and IV.

While some members of Led Zeppelin have collaborated recently, the band has not released an album with new material in nearly 20 years.  However this could also be in reference to Led Zeppelin's live show release on September 7th.  Keep checking back here for more information as it becomes available.
