After touring with Eric Clapton, master guitarist Derek Trucks built a studio behind his Jacksonville, FL home. The fruits of that labor have begun to ripen, as Derek has shared his first “In The Studio” piece on SoundCloud, an instrumental with the legendary Doyle Bramhall II. Together, the duo play every instrument, and the song was inspired by the late-J.J. Cale, as well as Mississippi and Mumbai (according to the song’s description).
