Catskill Chill has always been known for unique sets, whether its super jams, tributes, or just interesting concepts from bands on the bill. NYC-based rockers Turbine took that to heart last month, when they debuted their Radiodead concept at the festival!

Radiodead combined the music of Radiohead and the Grateful Dead in unique ways, pairing tunes like set opener “Brown Eyed Women” with Amnesiac hit “I Might Be Wrong.” The show also featured some lengthy jams on tunes like “West L.A. Fadeaway” and “The National Anthem,” only upping the ante of this great performance.

Fortunately, thanks to Turbine, we can share full audio from this powerful set. Tune in to the band’s Chillfest “Radiodead” performance, below.

While Turbine is off the road for a little while, guitarist/vocalist Jeremy Hilliard will still be at it with his new band Peak. Hilliard and Peak have been touring regularly, treating fans to an interesting blend that captures elements of funk, psychedelia and EDM.

Says Hilliard, “I wanted to do something a little different. As a compulsive songwriter I have plenty of songs to go around.  I also wanted a little more room for the guitar, to see where I can take it, and I’ve always wanted to do that guitar/ organ thing that I love so much going all the way back to Wes Montgomery and Jimmy Smith, but with modern elements.”

You can see Peak’s tour dates below, and listen to their debut performance here. More info can be found on their Facebook page as well.
