Dire Straits guitarist Mark Knopfler has announced a major North American tour. The virtuoso is gearing up for his ninth solo album, Tracker, which is due out on March 17th via Verve Records. After promoting the album with a number of dates in Europe, Knopfler will come to North America with a performance in Vancouver on September 10th.
