Modest Mouse Announce Tour Dates, Share New Single ‘Of Course We Know’

Over the last several weeks, Modest Mouse has been releasing singles from their upcoming album, Strangers to Ourselves, which is due out on March 17th. Beginning with the initial single “Lampshades on Fire”, the group followed with “Coyotes”, and “The Best Room”. Now, along with some much anticipated tour dates in North America and the United Kingdom, they have released the closing track on the album, “Of Course We Know”.
