After much hearsay, the rumored music festival to be held in Buena Vista, CO has been announced! Titled Vertex Festival, the event will take place from August 5-7 at the beautiful Cottonwood Meadows and feature some incredible performances.

Vertex will feature headlining sets from ODESZA, Alabama Shakes and Trey Anastasio Band (2 sets), bringing quite the diverse offering to the festival grounds. The full lineup is jam packed with artists like BADBADNOTGOOD, Classixx, Dopapod, Dawes, Fruition, Graham Nash, Hiatus Kaiyote, Houndmouth, Robert DeLong, Seven Lions, SunSquabi, The Claypool Lennon Delirium, The Revivalists and more! This is onle the initial lineup, so expect some big additions in the coming days.

The festival is put on by Madison House Presents and AEG Live Rocky Mountains, and MHP President Jeremy Stein commented on the festivities. “Music, art, great food, the outdoors, and the best of Colorado culture will all meet at this amazing festival site to create Vertex… This will be a one-of-a-kind event, created by Coloradans who care about community first. Our state has been waiting for a long time for a festival like this. We aim for Buena Vista and Chaffee County to be proud, for Colorado to celebrate, and for the national eye to sharpen its focus on this very special state.”
