Paul Simon Accidentally Admits He’s Playing Jazz Fest 2016

Legendary folk singer Paul Simon was performing in New Orleans, LA last night, when he started talking about how much he loved the city. Playing Le Petit Theatre du Vieux Carre, Simon reportedly told the crowd that he would be coming back for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival in 2016.

According to an article in the New Orleans Advocate, Simon said, “I love New Orleans! I’m coming back down for Jazz Fest!”

Simon has performed at the festival in 2006 and with Art Garfunkel in 2010, and would certainly be a welcomed addition to the headliners of Jazz Fest 2016. We’ll be sure to keep you updated on any information regarding the beloved festival’s lineup.
