With Phish‘s upcoming Baker’s Dozen run at Madison Square Garden quickly descending upon the “phaithful,” the late-night game around the city is beginning to shape up rather nicely. Today, Athens, GA-based rockers Perpetual Groove have announced a special after-party at BB King Blues Club & Grill, just a few blocks north of the Garden, on Saturday, July 29th. The band has also announced a proper 2-night headlining run at Brooklyn Bowl to follow that up on September 8th and 9th.

Since the group came off a two year hiatus back in mid-2015, Brock Butler (guitar, vocals), Adam Perry (bass, vocals), Matt McDonald (keys, vocals), and Albert Suttle (drums) have been putting together some of the strongest and most inspiring shows of the bands now twenty year career. To add to that, P-Groove released the EP Familiar Stare this past August, which witnessed a new chapter of creativity, maturation, and an evolution of sound for the quartet. The future looks very bright for Perpetual Groove.

Cleveland, OH funk/hip-hop/reggae acts Tropidelic will support P-Groove at a Brooklyn Bowl on Friday, September 8th, with support TBD on the 9th. The BB King’s performance will be a special “Evening With” show, featuring the band playing an extended set of classics and newer material, for what is sure to be a late-night to remember.

Tickets for the Phish late-night at BB King’s on July 29th go on-sale today at 4pm EDT and can be purchased here.

For the Brooklyn Bowl run, a special L4LM Presale begins this Wednesday, April 26th from 10am EDT through Thursday 11:59 EDT (presale code: L4LM), with a general on-sale set for Friday, April 28th at 10am EDT. Tickets for September 8th can be purchased here, and September 9th tix here.
