Tomorrow night, Phish will begin their unprecedented 13-show “Baker’s Dozen” run at the world’s most famous arena, NYC’s Madison Square Garden. While making it to all 13 looks to be a daunting task, Sirius XM satellite radio station “Jam_ON” is making sure that even fans who can’t make it to the Garden don’t miss a single note.

To celebrate this historic event in “Phishtory,” Jam_ON will be playing back each show from the Baker’s Dozen the next day at both noon and 9pm ET, letting everyone relive what are sure to be memorable performances. Beginning July 22 (through August 7) you can hear complete sets from the Baker’s Dozen each day at 12 pm ET and 9 pm ET. Of course, you can also listen to the complete show recordings immediately after the performance via LivePhish, but the Jam_ON replays will allow even those without the app/streaming service to hear SBD recordings of every single “doughnut.”

The band finished off their 5-show pre-MSG stint last night with a stellar show in Pittsburgh, where they dusted off long-lost TAB favorite “Mr. Completely” for an impressive 20+ minute rendition, as well as excellent versions of “Prince Caspian,” “Divided Sky,” and “Mercury,” and the Phish debut of TAB’s “Rise Up/Come Together.” With the high rate of extended jams, original music debuts, and solo band tunes added to the repertoire, those betting on no repeats throughout 13 nights at MSG have some convincing evidence to argue their cases. Only time will tell…
