Grateful Dead’s Soldier Field Setup Raises Questions For Some Ticket Holders

With the final three Grateful Dead ‘Fare Thee Well’ reunion concerts fast-approaching, two photos of the stage set-up from Soldier Field in Chicago, IL have emerged. You can see what the Dead are working with in the photos below:

While the photos may initially draw concerns that those seated behind the stage will not be able to see the band, it should be noted that the stage is covered by a tarp to protect the equipment from any potential rain damage. Come this Friday, the stage will most likely be opened up and ready to host some of the most hyped up concerts of the year. It also looks as though the pit will be separated into two sides.
