Last Wednesday, an all-star troupe of funk musicians took to the stage to pay tribute to two musical legends: Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson. With Adam Deitch (Lettuce/Break Science/Pretty Lights), Eric Bloom (Lettuce/Shady Horns), Adam “Shmeeans” Smirnoff (Lettuce) and Cory Henry (Snarky Puppy), Nigel Hall (Lettuce), and Nate Werth (Snarky Puppy) playing to a sold out crowd at Highline Ballroom, this concert was, far and away, one of the best performances of the summer.

Along with Human Being, we compiled this short film documenting the event. Complete with concert footage and interviews, the film perfectly captures the musicians’ admiration for Stevie and Michael, as well as the intensity and excitement of the concert. Watch below:
