The Hip Abduction Announce 2016 Summer Tour Dates

Rockers The Hip Abduction have announced a string of summer tour dates that kick-off in June and take the band through the Mid-West this July, before returning back to the Big Apple this August. The dates come on the heels of their latest album release, Gold Under the Glow, and will include two shows supporting ALO.

The Hip Abduction’s unique emphasis of African stringed instruments (kora, ngoni), blended with tropical, dub-reggae bass lines and funky afro-beat percussion is catching the attention of critics and festivals nationwide. With appearances at Shaky Knees, Purple Hatter’s Ball, Deep Roots Mountain Revival, FloydFest and more, there’s no excuse to miss them!
