Thom Yorke of Radiohead has just been tapped to compose the score for the remake of the cult-classic horror film, Suspiria. This new remake, which is currently in post-production, is directed by Luca Guadagnino, and stars Tilda Swinton, Dakota Johnson, Mia Goth, and Chloë Grace Moretz. Suspira is about a young American woman who travels to Berlin in 1977 to join an internationally renowned dance company, and quickly finds that there might be something insidious to the mysterious disappearances of other members of the troupe.

The film will be Thom Yorke’s debut composing a movie score. The director of the Suspiria remake, Luca Guadagnino noted that it was “a dream come true” to have Thom Yorke accept their offer and that their goal is “to make a move that will be a disturbing and transforming experience: for this ambition, we could not find a better partner than Thom.”
