Tom Marshall and Trey Anastasio are out on another song-writing adventure! The duo have been working together for decades, as Marshall is the primary lyricists for a majority of Phish and Trey Anastasio Band originals.

No details have been provided, and whether the material will go to Phish or TAB is anyone’s best guess. Considering TAB is planning the release of Paper Wheels in the coming months, Phish would be the frontrunner, though the members of the jam band collaborated extensively for their 2014 release, Fuego, writing lyrics and music together.

Regardless, one thing is for sure: any new material from Anastasio is certainly a good thing.
