Trey Anastasio has announced that his band will be performing a two-night run at the Brooklyn Bowl Vegas, on October 30th and 31st. This will mark Anastasio’s second consecutive year playing a Halloween show in Las Vegas, NV, though this year will be with TAB instead of Phish.

Phish Haunts Vegas On Halloween, Composing New Music Alongside ‘Chilling, Thrilling Sounds Of The Haunted House’

Last year’s infamous Halloween performance saw the Phish members blending old traditions and new, as the band performed new, original music that incorporated the sound effects of Chilling, Thrilling Sounds of the Haunted House, a fifty year old soundtrack album. A handful of those songs returned to the stage during the band’s New Years run in Miami.

This year will see a change of pace, as TAB will be performing on Halloween this time. TAB is gearing up for the release of a new album, Paper Wheels, and debuted a number of songs during their most recent tour at the end of 2014.

The change of pace isn’t particularly surprising, as Phish members discussed how they felt pigeonholed in their old album cover tradition for many years. This will give the band a chance to avoid the holiday all together, especially as they announced that there would be no fall tour this year.

Tickets for the Brooklyn Bowl Vegas shows will be released during a pre-sale beginning tomorrow, June 18th, at noon Eastern, ending the following Tuesday June 24th at noon Eastern. The general on sale begins on June 25th at 10 AM Pacific (1 PM Eastern). Head to the official website for more details! As of now, no further TAB dates have been announced.
