Umphrey’s McGee returned to The Tabernacle in Atlanta, the second night of their three night stand. The second show focused on the band’s deep catalog, bringing out a number of favorites throughout the two set performance.

UM opened the show with “North Route,” a new song that was only debuted for the first time on December 30th. The second-ever performance of “North Route” was followed by a series of classic Umphrey’s tunes, including “Similar Skin,” “Wappy Sprayberry,” “Hajimemashite” and more. The show continued with a rocking second set with two song sandwiches, including “Plunger” > “Glory” > “Plunger” and “Hurt Bird Bath” > “Full Frontal” > “Hurt Bird Bath”.

One of the show’s highlights was a bust out of “Forty Six & 2,” playing the Tool cover for the first time since 11/6/2014. They closed out the night with an encore of “Puppet String,” sending the fans home happy after a face melting performance.

You can listen to the bust out as part of this full show audio recording, captured by taper Z-Man.
