Last summer, Phish made waves at Lake Tahoe, with a thirty-plus-minute version of the funky-bluesy-jam tune, “Tweezer.” The Tahoe-eezer quickly became a part of Phish lore, not only for the extended jam but for the spontaneous “Woo!” chants from the audience, which have since reemerged at various concerts.

Now, one phan has gone the extra mile, converting the entire Tahoeezer jam into a rigorous solo piano composition. Jambase picked up on the story of the amazing pianist, Holly Bowling, who first wowed audiences by sitting in with Marco Benevento last December. The composition and performance of such a lengthy piece is a feat that does not go unrecognized. Well done, Ms. Bowling!

Here’s the video, as uploaded by Bowling herself. Enjoy!
