Pink Floyd recently made waves (pun intended) when they released their 15th, and final, studio album, The Endless River. The album was predominantly instrumental, with the exception of the final track, “Louder than Words,” a sharp song that puts a beautiful final touch on Floyd’s legacy, great music, in-fighting and all.

While Pink Floyd won’t be doing any touring in support of Endless River, our favorite “hybrid tribute fusion” band Pink Talking Fish has been hitting the road hard over the course of 2014. Founded by former Particle bassist Eric Gould, PTF dynamically weaves in songs from Pink Floyd, Talking Heads, and Phish through each performance.

**Check out our in-depth interview with Gould about PTF and their future plans**

To keep things interesting, the band has pulled material from the latest Chilling, Thrilling Phish performance (read the review of that here), and has shared a rendition of the new Floyd song “Louder Than Words.” Watch that below:

Pink Talking Fish always keep things interesting throughout each performance, having recently played an interpretation of Dark Side of the Moon at the Cutting Room last month. (Review here). The group is finishing their fall tour with performances tonight, at The Spot in Providence, RI, and tomorrow night at Nectar’s in Burlington, VT.
