Firing on all cylinders during the West Coast leg of their Winter Tour, STS9 rolled into The Wiltern on Saturday night in Los Angeles and delivered another memorable performance for those in attendance and the fans at home who streamed the live webcast on Yahoo, presented by Live Nation.

A week after they debuted a cover of David Bowie’s “Fame” at The Showbox in Seattle, STS9 served up an appropriate home-state cover of Tupac Shakur’s “California Love” sandwiched within STS9 original “Ramone & Emiglio.” The second set to follow featured a brilliant opening string of songs which included Herbie Hanock’s “Rockit,” and Tribe staples “Evasive Maneuvers,” “Kamuy” and “Frequencies 2 > 3.”
