According to a new listing on Realtor.com, Phish guitarist Trey Anastasio’s house in Palisades, NY is currently on the market for $2,995,000. Anastasio bought the house in 2009 from actress Lorraine Bracco, which is nestled in the pristine Snedens Landing neighborhood.
While Anastasio didn’t comment on the home, the agent Richard Ellis certainly spoke at length about the property:
