After taking over the East Coast for many years, Dubbest relocated to San Diego for a fresh take on their music. The band has continued to pick up new fans with their exciting live performances, and found themselves opening for The Wailers at the famed Belly Up in Solana Beach, CA earlier this year. Their set was so good, that they decided to release it as their first-ever official live release, Live At The Belly Up. The album is due out next Friday, November 25th.

One listen to the Belly Up show and it’s easy to understand why they chose to release this show. The album not only features a number of new songs, like “Terra Fermata,” “Foolish Man” and “Daydream”, but great renditions of their classics as well. Compound that with the band’s excitement to be thriving in the new city, and you have a recipe for success.

Dubbest’s authentic sound is on full display throughout the album, as the band grooves from one downbeat boogie to the next. It’s a fun listen from top to bottom, and definitely worth your while for any true reggae fan. Dubbest is the real deal.
