Last Friday night, April 3rd, Webster Hall geared up for the return of Break Science, dance duo extraordinaire. Keyboards and drum kits adorned the stage, waiting patiently for Borahm Lee and Adam Deitch to begin their musical onslaught.

Along with a number of opening supporters, including Vibe Street, Marvel Years, Chrome Sparks, and Liquid Stranger, the crowd never had a chance to stop moving. When Break Science hit the stage for their homecoming show, those in attendance were primed and ready to go.

There is a fluidity to Break Science that only comes with honest musicianship. It’s not predictable drumming, but a metaphysical connection between performer and listener that can’t be found anywhere else. Lee & Deitch are the real deal, and they proved it once again at Webster Hall. Don’t miss these guys when they come around next.
