Roosevelt Collier and Billy Iuso completed a three-night run through South Florida, this past weekend with stops along the way at Churchill’s Pub in Miami on Friday night (7/15), at The Funky Biscuit in Boca Raton on Saturday night (7/16), and at Terra Fermata in Stuart on Sunday evening (7/17).
Playing to packed houses throughout the weekend and billed as “Roosevelt Collier & Billy Iuso Play Dead”, the band’s backing performers included Al Zilinsky (guitar), Jill Paone Simmons (vocals), Joe Falconeri (bass), Nick Landess (keys) and Brian Jones (drums) all of Unlimited Devotion – a South Florida Grateful Dead cover band – along with special guests Eric Garcia of Juke on Friday night in Miami and Albert Poliak and Derrick Lee on Saturday night in Boca Raton.
