Four piece jam powerhouse Spafford have made a name for themselves with experimental live performances that are often filled with explosive energy and next level musicianship. While relatively new to the scene, having only performed in a handful of cities, the improvisational rock band is ready to bring their show on the road with over 40 dates announced for 2017. The tour includes the band opening for heavyweights Umphrey’s McGee across the country, as well as over 25 headlining club shows of their own. Rising stars Mungion will be supporting the band on 10+ dates, as well. This tour marks a major turning point into a full national touring act.
Spafford 2017 tour starts in late January with two nights at Richmond’s The National and will go through April ending at Vermont’s Nectar’s before hitting the festival scene this summer. The band has already announced they will be playing at both weekends of Electric Forest Festival, two nights at Resonance, and will be announcing a long list of more festivals really soon.
