Denver is in for some serious late-night jams this weekend, as Fort Collins-based electronic rockers Skydyed are set to bring their progressive sounds and beats to Knew Conscious Collective this Saturday night, June 24th. Joining them will be disco house producer JackLNDN, who will be premiering his latest project, Honey Drizzle, with Lady and The Gentlemen guitarist Jarrod Guaderrama. The show starts at 11:45pm and goes into the early hours of the morning.

Skydyed is no strangers to the Colorado faithful, as they have become a staple of the scene, delivering an amalgamation of sounds tied to their love of funk, rock, and jazz, with plenty of break-beats thrown in to keep a constant ebb and flow of energy to their setlists. The trio of Andrew Slattery (bass synths/bass guitar), Max Doucette (guitar/keys), and Craig Babineau (drums) knows exactly when to hit hard and when it’s time to reel things in ever so slightly.

As the London-born JackLNDN tells Live For Live Music in a comment about his latest electro-funk project, “We’re stoked to be premiering Honey Drizzle at Knew Conscious. The show is all brand new music and performed live with keys, guitar and vocals. The music is bootyshaking funk mixed with some rock n’ roll and a splash of electronic. It’s going to be a party!”

This is a members-only party, so you’ll need to be a member of Knew Conscious Collective to enter, although the gallery will be signing up new members at the door the night of (so don’t sweat it if you’re not a member yet). To pre-register for a membership, send an email to info@knewconscious.com and put MEMBERSHIP in the subject line, or sign-up online here.

Admission to the show requires a $25 donation to the Knew Conscious Gallery for all members, and includes complimentary beverages and refreshments. This is a 21+ only show.
